Image Size distortion

I am having trouble setting up the product listing image, product page image and larger image. I have set up the sizes under configuration and I have uploaded each pick size in the appropriate directories (main, medium and large) but it only keeps the last image saved and the rest become distorted. Any suggestions or help?

There is a tutorial for additional images that may offer some insight on your problem.

Another option is to install Image Handler ~ available from the Free Software Add Ons tab above.

I have reviewed the tutorials and tried FTPing the med and large image sizes but still only pulls the past image saved in the directory
