Problem with Admin Category Management - EZ Populate

Hi all,

I am using:

Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Easy Populate 1.2.5.4 to upload product data

In the Admin-->Category/Product, when clicking the Folder Icon of one category, it doesn't go to next level sub-category list, but nothing happens, it keeps to be same category level. (As attachment screen-shot).

Please kindly advise what is this problem? how to resolve it? thank you.
