Why can I only choose "none" as the target when inserting a web link?
why is it that sometimes when I go to insert a web link it won't let me choose anything except...."none" in the target. Sometimes I can put that I want it to open in a new window and sometimes it won't let me choose anything except "none".
Thanks, this is my first post but I plan to read everything and hope to learn alot from ya'll.
