Google Checkout ONLY?

Have any of you guys dropped Paypal completely in favor of GCO?
Anyone have any input on willingness of customers to only be able to use GCO and not Paypal?
For those that don't have a GCO account, will it stop them from buying something?

I do not have a GCO account and it would be a show stopper for me

Present them with as many options as possible
