Cant use HTML area?????

Okay.. So this is like the 4th time i delete Zen Cart and re add it to my new site.

things have just not been working properly.. but one MAIN thing is that i choose in the admin / my store area to have HTML are not just plain text.. when i go add products, i don;t have the option.

where else do i need to check this setting? my other page always had it... never had problems with it (clarification: my other website in which i use zen cart)

im installing the same version as always.. but for some reason i cant get zen cart to work with me on this particular website! its like bad luck! lol

Oh.. I also cant edit my "contact us" on my classydesires.com I am trying to add my mailing address.. tried in admin and cpanel....

In admin - configuration - store enter address there!

I did enter the address there.. what Im trying to do is when someone clicks on "contact us" i want it to say basically "use the form below or send us mail at.. and then the addresss"

But i cant get a personal message to show.... even if its just to say "leave us a comment"

tools - define pages editor - contact us????
