Setting up a Japanese store

I have a UK store with an online gateway for credit cards (Protx).

I'd like to move this to a .co.jp domain and use a Japanese payment gateway which will connect to a Japanese bank account.

Can you make any suggestions as to how I go about converting the site? Especially the gateway, I think http://www.econtext.co.jp/ will do this but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance!
