Trouble setting up flat rate to CAN

I have used the flat rate clone to make more flat rate options to the US and it worked... then I tried to add clones for flat rate shipping to Canada and made a zone to just Canada, but the flat rate options are not showing up like the US ones.

Never mind - too expensive and I have only 1 item to heavy for first class anyway.
