Move "Write a Review" to main page?

How can I add the "write a review" box to the main page? I already changed the code so that anybody can write a review without logging in but how can I move that box to the main page?

turn the sidebox on in the admin

The "reviews" box is accessible from the admin>layout box controller section but not the "write a review" sidebox.
