Very intrest thing about language!!

this is my site .
i use the default language files ,and other files may be change a bit .
why ?:frusty::frusty::frusty:
the chinese language can work but english can't !

It works when I change it to English, it stays in English

Is the whole Zen Cart uploaded? I don't an issue with languages. Just navigation and the submit button if barely showing.
