Table rate is off. Seems like there's always 3 lbs hidden
For some odd reason my table rate is always off. It's like there's an invisible 3 lbs.
Here's my table rate: 4:4.95,5:6.95,10:10.95,20:24.95
So anything under 4 lbs should be $4.95. If you have a 1 lb item in your cart it comes out right, but add a 2nd item (so now 2 lbs), and it puts you at the next rate for $6.95.
Attached is a screen shot. As you can see, 2 items at 1 lbs each = 2 lbs. Yet the table rate is saying 5.
I'm sure there's a setting I have wrong somewhere, but I can't figure it out. Thanks.
