Changing title of the page

If I want to change the title of a page category, say "Conditions of Use" to just "Conditions" on the header of the conditions page, how do I do that? I was able to change the name in the sidebox but not for the header of that specific page.

Look at admin - tools - developers tools then tyoe in Contact Us to find which file you need to edit.
