Question about order creation

Hello,
I am really new to Zen, so I was wondering if I have a customer with an account. Can I then create a custom invoice for customer to login and pay? Without having to look for items? And add a product that may/may not be "installed" into inventory?

Here is my situation, I sell stuff on web forums, sometimes its one-of-a-kind items, some items that are not listed on website because of qty or because I have negotiated with the customer on a price.

I would basically like to send a payment request via Zencart into customers My Account (or something equivalent) and have them checkout based on our negotiations online.

At the present time, Zen Cart allows customers to purchase products that are in the public database. It doesn't do payment-on-account or private products presently.
You could do something like that with significant custom coding if needed.
