problems with Display price with VAT/TAX and Ex VAT/TAX Mod

Hi,
I have installed this mod on my v1.3.8 cart it works fine when not logged in, the display shows includex & excluded prices, but when the customer logs in both prices are the pre-vat prices (lower price), I have checked through the previous posts with no luck, I have tried installing the Rescue Pak1.3.8 again the same???

Please can someone advise as I am almost ready to go live.

I think that this must be an odd question, maybe I should un-install and go a different route.

I have sorted this one, it was down to the Basis of Product Tax being set to Store Location and not Shipping
