Problem with product "larger image" -- it's just the small image

Here is my problem....when clicking on any of my products to view a larger image of the product the photo stays as a small image. This problem only recently popped up. It was working fine and then boom- no large photo. This is true for all of my products in all categories. I'm sure it's something very simple but I'm a newby so any help would be great!
