How to add the URL line logo/picture?

Happy 2009 to everyone!

I am new to Zen Cart (~1 month). I have a simple question. How to add a logo sign/picture which appears in front of the URL line?

How do I get my favicon to show in Internet Explorer?
And as that suggests, google for info on creating a favicon to use, which is not a Zen Cart function. There is at least one free online program that will build a favicon for you if you supply the graphic.
