changing tax class to on for all products

changing tax class to on for all products

Just wondering if anyone can help. Is there a way to change all stock tax class to on? The class is already configured, but I am having to change it for each individual product, it could take days and the taqxataion dept want this from today! Please help URGENT!!! Thanks
