Help with sale maker

Hi

I've set up a sale on my site with sale maker and it's all gone fine, but just discovered from a customer enquiry that it isn't deducting the 15% off multiple items.

If buying one item it is fine, but you try to buy 10 and it reverts back to the full price.

can anyone advise how to fix this?

Can you post how you have the Sale setup in SaleMaker?

It would also help to know how the Product is setup for its prices ...

I did have quantity discount on all items but disabled this for the sale so that it only registers the sale price.

The sale maker is set up as 15% discount
price range from 0.01 to 999.99
Ignore special price - apply to product and replace special.
end date 11 Jan

and then I selected my catagories.

Sorry for the trouble, I have found the problem was with my quantity discount and not all had been removed. :blush:
