Serious Problems need help asap please

Ok I setup a zencart for a client, as far as I know her and I are the only ones with access to her site! Well she went in yesterday and it would not accept her username or password, I had the same problem on my end. Now mind you neither one of us have changed it. So we filled out the form to have a new password sent to her and it has been over 36 hours and we have not received that email. I really do not want to have to reload her zencart as she has ALOT of downloadable graphics I will had to redo!

Can someone offer me some suggestions on where we go from here!

Check your two configure.php files

1. includes/ configure.php
2. admin/ includes/ configure.php

Use your ftp program to find these two internal php files

1. You will notice the default username and password for your admin panel

Ok I cond the Database username and password but not for the zencarts

Here's a technique initially given by Merlinpa1969:

go into phpmyadmin

and run this

INSERT INTO admin VALUES ('', 'Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b', 1);

remember to add your db prefix if you set it up with one

this will then allow you to use Admin for the username and admin for the password,

notice the case structure...

once in you can reset the old password and delete this admin account

Quick Question as I am not familiar with phpmyadmin and I am scared I will screw something up! If I sent you the log in info in a private message would it possible for you to change that I can pay you for this service also
