Changing 'These items will be in stock soon' to an image?

Hi guys,

Is it possible to change 'These items will be in stock soon' to an image instead?

I have tried this:

english.php

define('CAPTION_UPCOMING_PRODUCTS','<img src="/images/backinstock.gif">');

I am probably completly wrong but if anyone knows how to do this I would be very grateful.
