Customer payment won't go through
My website is set up with paypal payments pro.
I have just had a customer who treid to pay with a Maestro / Switch card and she says it would not accept this - a message was given saying we do not accept this card.
She gave me the card details over the phone and I put is through with virtual terminal with no problem.
Does anyone know why this may have happened. Is there something I need to change in my zencart admin as I've noticed when watching who is online thay quite a few times customers cards would not be accepted.
