Override System Problems - where did my sideboxes go?

Ok, here is my problem. I setup a new folder for the override system and I am using pretty in pink template, but no my site lost all the format. I don't have any shipping info or anything else.

Can anyone offer some advice?

Did you click 'Reset' in **Admin - Tools - Layout Boxes Controller ** after you selected the template?
