Sales Club Merchant Account???

I have a client that uses sams club merchant services to process payments. Is zen cart compatible with this ?

You can collect the info with basic Zen credit card built-in and take the info to YourPay

Or, if Sams Club is actually a rebranding of the YourPay API gateway service, just use the built-in Linkpoint/YourPay API gateway module.
Best to ask Sams Club what gateways they support.

Sam's Club is a First Data reseller, so Zencart is compatible.
