USPS price discrepancy and insurance:
Hey Everyone,
I'm new to the forum and Zen Cart. It has been a real learning curve for me especially since I don't know anything about code and self teaching as I go along trying to get my Zen Cart store up. I apologize if there has been a post on my questions all ready and if you will point me in the right way I would be happy to go there. I have looked and didn't find what I was looking for.
I just up loaded Zen Cart about a week ago and it is up to date.
Questions:

In the cart when it is calculating the USPS shipping the Parcel Post is about 2 to 3 dollars higher than what it should be. I checked with USPS and they said they didn't know why there was a difference.
In Shipping and Packaging I have changed them to:
Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship 50
Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight 0:0
Larger packages - added packaging percentage:weight 0:0
Do you know what it might be and how I can correct this?
- Under shipping in the cart I would like to add optional insurance and have the price adjust with the amount of the order for USPS and UPS.
I saw an add-on for it in Free Software Add Ons , but I don't know is it's what I need or not.
Can anyone help me here?
- Also is there and inexpensive person or place I could go to learn more or pay to have it done for me, inexpensive being the keyword?
