Disable Call for price url below Call for price image?

I am trying to disable the call for price url below the call for price image/text. I disabled the image so now I have a text Call for price just how I want it but we do not use the default zen-cart contact us page, so we need to hide/disable to contact us url.
I was looking around the functions_prices.php file to see if it was in there, but did not see it.
