Product drop down list

Hi,

we have some items on our site, https://www.healingharvest.ie, that vary only in scent(incense). Currently I have a product entry for each one. Is it possible to create a drop down list with the different scents, so I can tidy things up a bit? Has anyone done this and recomend how to tackle it?
