The way I handle shipping is a mess!

  1. Receive orders, either via paypal or google checkout
  2. Pull items ordered and shipping method from the first part of the orders page, since copying the items from the section on the right provides one clean cell of information I can paste into excel, instead of pasting into multiple cells if I copy from the more detailed page.
  3. Paste this info into a row on excel
  4. Go back to browser, click on order again to see more details
  5. copy shipping address
  6. paste into another cell on the same row in excel
  7. repeat until all orders are in an excel spreadsheet
  8. copy all rows of information
  9. open notepad, paste information
  10. add appropriate spacing. Two lines between items ordered and shipping method, then construct a valid shipping address from each customer since the text I just pasted is all arranged in one line initially.
  11. Once I'm done with this, copy all, paste into a word document.
  12. Copy international addresses, paste a second copy of this address beneath the first, so I can cut and tape this to a customs form later
  13. Print word document (basically shipping addresses with itemized list and shipping method above each)

:shocking::shocking::shocking:

Please... help me.

Re: The way I handle shipping is a mess!

I'm looking for an easier way to print shipping labels, customs forms, and to keep records of what shipped on what date.
