Are Your SSL pages as slow as mine?

Ajeh:

NOTE: you also have issues with missing images ...

Get FireFox if you do not have it already and get the Web Developer add-on ...

Go through your site and check the Images ... Find Broken Images ...

I find them on the product_info pages and not sure what else might be missing but broken images can load a server and start to eat up your resources with each person on the server ...Thanks for pointing out broken images, I did find a few, but if you have time, could you point me in the right directions? I have been crawling the site for days and cannot find more than 2 or 3 missing images. I know that some must be missing, I only have about 3003 images in the products folder and there are 3686 items.

Is there an automated tool that will scan the site and point out missing images?

Re: Are Your SSL pages as slow as mine?

It appears taht my ISP's proxy server is serving up cached images, I canno tlocate any additional missing images.

I am trying a program called DeepTrawl, let's hope the proxy server doesn't fool it too.

Re: Are Your SSL pages as slow as mine?

I go to your site ...

I click a product ...

In FireFox, with Web Developer add-on, I click Images ... Find Broken Images ...

I get 2 broken images:

http://www.liberty-flag.com/includes/templates/template_default/images/lightbox/prevlabel.gif

http://www.liberty-flag.com/includes/templates/template_default/images/lightbox/nextlabel.gif

I don't know what else is broken ...

I believe your error logs will also show broken images if you just click around your site for awhile ...

I cleared cache, rebooted the computer, turned off "Automatically Detect Settings" in Lan Setup, used a browser that has never seen this site like Safari or Chrome and I see every image.

My ISP's (Direct PC or Hughesnet) proxy server is real persistent.

I guess I will have to try this off site, tonight. I know it's a pain in the (your know what) but would you give me an example ot a product with no product image?

Thanks

Linda,
if you open the larger image in the lightbox, then close it, then recheck with "Find Broken Images" it will report 0 broken images
