Adding additional Product Details to the Product Info Page??

Hi,

I'm wondering how to add additional Product details to the Product info page?

For example, the product details are usually just:

*  Model: Nokia E71
*  Manufactured by: Nokia

I would like to add more details so that it would look something like this:

*  Model: Nokia E71
*  Manufactured by: Nokia
*  Condition: Brand New and Unlocked
*  Compatible: Rogers, Fido
*  Shipping: British Columbia - 1 to 2 days - x CAD
                  Alberta - 1 to 2 days - $xCAD
                  Canada - 2 to 5 days - xCAD
                  United States - 2 to 5 Days - x CAD

Also, is there a way to change the font-size, and font-style of the product details?

Any help is much appreciated.

You might look at the 3rd party module - Tabbed products maybe Lite??

As it allows tabs for things like General, Specifications and others

You could always include the information as a <ul> list at the end of the product description. With class identifiers applied to the parts, you can style and position the list as you wish using CSS.

Actually adding the information to the details list would require creating new database fields and inputs in the admin product editing page, as well as display code in tpl_product_info_display.php.

Tabbed Products (Lite/Pro) might do the db work if it really provides for those categories of information.
