[Not a Bug] Maximum Display of Featured Products > 9??

I try to setting to Confoguration/Maximun Values/Maximum Display of Featured Products at 12

But it still show only 9 items in FEATURED PRODUCT box.
I setting to 8. Working well. So weired.

But 'Maximum Display of Special Products' working properly.

Zencart version : 1.3.8
PHP Version: 5.2.4 (Zend: 2.2.0)
Database: MySQL 5.0.37
HTTP Server: Apache/2.2.0 (Fedora)

Check that you are using the correct Maximum Value for the Specials on the Main Page:

Maximum Display of Specials Products - Main Page
Number of special products to list on main page

Sorry my fault.

The total of the item number is only 9.
After I add more item into featured item list.

The fuction is OK.
