navCattabs dropdown?

navCattabs dropdown?

Is there anyway to turn the navCatTabs menu into a drop down menu? So when you hover over a category, the subcats drop down for selection.

I have tried installing one of the dropdown menu contributions but that didn't work. :(

Then you made some mistake during installation, or possibly your template and the menu mod are not compatible. If you want to write the function yourself,you will have to recreate the code from one or more of the existing mods, or learn enough that you can figure it out by yourself. Not to be mean, but there is no point in guiding someone step by step through a mod that is already available to install.
