How do I put a box around this?

Hi,

I am trying to put a box around the additional payment methods, I.E Gift card, coupons and reward points.

I know they use

But if I put div codes around that code the boxes go around all the payment options seperatley. I need to know the code thats calling the code. Unfortunately my php skills are no way near good enough to know what to do/where to look. Any ideas would be really appreciated.
