one time set up cost in product display

I am trying to set up a product listing that will show a one time set up cost.

This is for printed products and the point is that it costs say £20 to prepare the job for print but the running charge is £1 how can I reflect this in the product page ?

The product has a value of a or £1 but the set up needs to be £20

I thought I could set up an attribute hidden of £20 and the add to cart show £20 so when the customer enters a quantity it would add to the 20 already shown.

The aim is to start off with £20 and the customer adds a quantity of 100 @ £1 the price would show £120

I would really like the price to show a start off £20, but at the moment of course is shows the base price of £1.

Does anyone know a way to do this ?

Thanks in advance

I found this out by adding an attribute and entered the one time cost only in the attributes controller but is there a way to hide the attribute from display ?
