What do I edit to remove Check from Check/Money Order payment?

I am using the latest version of ZenCart (1.3.8). I would like to edit out the word "check" from the money order payment module. I no longer accept checks but will gladly accept a money order, so I want to keep that module on, but I don't want to confuse my customers by stating in my policies that I do not accept checks...but then upon checkout there's a payment option that says "Check/Money Order."

I found it. Searched for it before posting, but couldn't find anything until it showed the "similar posts" after posting. Figures!
