I am lost!

I am new to Zen Cart and try to do something basic: editing a page that does not exits in the file directory?!?!

I had my site developed oversees and the coder did also some customer stuff like uploading pictures.

I would like to change the layout of the pages, but where are they in the file structure? how do I do that: dreamweaver?

When I go to Define Pages Editor, I see some files there but none of mine. There is just empty text in the text entry field.

How about a link to your site?
Which pages do you want to change?

admin > tools > defines page editor > select the page from drop down > edit

You can access most of these pages thru FTP in the includes/languages/english/ folder (custom folder - if overrides were done)

I tried.

There are about 10 pages there but the name do not correspond to the one I mentioned above.

Also, when I open any of them the editor is blank. Why???

In this FTP folder I can see indeed the same pages than theone in Define EZ editor....however:

• they are PHP. How do I edit them?
• How do I view them?
• their format is define_... their name is different than the page I described before.

In Define EZ editor when I select any of them, I do not see anything. Why?

Note for thread: After a cursory review of the files it appears that many of the page edits were done to the template default files.
