Where is my traffic coming from?

I recently opened up shop as http://www.hdcablesource.com/

01/10/2009 1405 - 1414

This is what my zen cart admin says.

Does this seriously mean that I've had 1,400 visitors to my site?
How do I tell how many of those were web-crawlers vs real people?

Any hints/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Look in your control panel's traffic statistics too.

Kim is referring to Awstats or Webalizer in cpanel
