How to install Chinese version?

New Zenner

I have zencart
Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

I want to install Chinese version beside English

When I go to

localization->languages->new languages

I have the following setup
Name:Chinese
Code:cn
Image: icon.gif
Directory: Chinese
sort_order:4

After I save it, there is a yellow color error message saying on the top "Warning MISSING LANGUAGE FILES OR DIRECTORIES ... Chinese Chinese"

When I open my website, I don't see Chinese.

Do you know what is wrong? Do I need to download a directory?

Yes. You also need this language pack.

After I download the pack andextract it. I want to ftp to where? which directory should be located?

I don't see Chinese folder but English directory?

I don't want to replace my current zencart by download this one. I just want to add Chinese into my zencart

My current zencart is up and running.
