Customizing the product info display?

Hey all. Please go to:

http://www.shoppingitonline.com/index.php?main_page=index&manufacturers_id=2

As you can see here, we have a totally customized product info page. We disabled the product info display section, and we use our own for the drop down menus.

My question is this:

Is it possible to put the product descriptions, add to cart, and maybe a product image in the drop down menu? or would that be way too complicated? If anyone has any information regarding this or any questions, please let me know.

Thanks!

Re: Customizing the product info display?

haha, everyone says that when I post for help on my site. The site is a direct port of https://www.baselinesoftware.com

we are retemplating it then transfering it over and making it live. The errors are for a responder mod we have on the main site, and will be fixed once we transfer the site over.

Does anyone have any answers to my OP?

Re: Customizing the product info display?

The challenge when anyone says:

"... we have a totally customized page ..." is to know just how "total" that customization is.

Unfortunately, most people posting help to threads have limited time, and base their answers on their understanding of the core code.

Without intimate knowledge of how/what/why/where you customised your code, not much advice can be given in the open forum.

You may have better luck posting your request in the Commercial Help Wanted section.
