google checkout and adding zones

Hi,

I am using the basic google checkout api (waiting to get ssl installed).

I allow it to default to the shipping charges entered in the module.

My only problem is that it only allows home v the rest of the world.

Is it possible to make this home(UK)/europe/rest of the world.

Also the GC logs are full of https connection errors when it tries to communicate with the site- given that I have no ssl I am not suprised- why is GC trying to connect in the first place?
