you need to replace
includes/templates/your_template/auto_loaders /loader_lightbox.php

I need some help please. I'm using zencart_zen template with JQ lightbox and when i click to enlarge the product image on product page, the browser goes mad, but thats only in IE. You can check for yourself: https://www.andila.co.uk. Any suggestions appreciated, thanks :dontgetit

I have now isolated the problem to the html_header for the zencart_zen template. I haven't done any changes to the file before(i compared it to the original file from zencart_zen install) and when i am replacing it with the html_header from the CJ loader, it's breaking the page. Any suggestions would be appreciated,Thanks!

I tested your site with IE 8 but did not see the problem you describe.

Do you have it turned OFF?

Also, you have some HTML errors you should correct. Use http://validator.w3.org to see them.

Yes i am not using the html_header.php from the CJ loader installation now, i am using the old one from the zencart_zen template, so now the css and jscript are loaded normally. When i am replacing it with the new html_header which has cj loader, then the header is messed up, displaying sitemap where the header should be. I haven't done any changes to the html_header from zencart_zen template, this should work simply by replacing that file.
I cannot leave the site messed up, i am live and i'm losing sales if i leave it for you to see it. Thanks for your reply, i hope i get this done soon :frusty:

I am not familiar with the CJ loader you mention. I have installed both, jqZoom & jqLightbox without it and do not have any problems. Also, you do need to correct your HTML errors, which I mentioned before.

I've shortened the code for easier reading. The part in Bold RED is the error. But that is just one of the errors that needs correcting.

For some reason the scrolling boxes are not working. I have made a post on the support thread and was replied that the minify script is not pulling the js coding for the scrolling sideboxes.

I have been advised to post on this forum to see if there is a fix

I have searched the entire thread and not found anything that clearly answers the question regarding duplicate images. We have successfully installed jqzoom and do not use IH2. Any guidance would be helpful. Thanks.

I'm too have an issue with lightbox. It is set up and I can see it in the Admin/Configure tab but when I go to the site it does not load the images in the lightbox.

I ran the Script and it works so it has me stumped.

Can some one specify exactly which folders the files should be going in?

Has anyone got Jquery Lightbox and Modern Zen template to work.

Just get the image opening by it self.

Guessing there is a conflict with the Modern Zen template as it works with other templates.

Never mind, Turning it on always helps.

I have uploaded all the files correctly but when I click my main image the lightbox doesn't appear over the top of the page as it should, it loads underneath in a huge box!

Here is an example

If you click the main image and watch the vertical scroll bar, you'll see the page expands. If you roll down you can see the lightbox.

I have fual slimbox installed but switched off so it should be ok as far as the slimbox author says. I have other jquery effects on my site which is why I would lke to use this mod instead of slimbox.

Can anyone spot what the problem is because I've tried but I just can't see it!

Just one question.....What do I need to change to get the Next/Prev buttons right at the top of the lightbox?
At the moment they are about 80 pixels from the top which is too low for me.

I've tried firebug myself, but I'm not so good with css so even though I know what id to style, I don't know what style to give it!

Has anybody used this with the Patriot template. The template has the "CSS fly out drop down menu" which is always on top of the pictures and doesn't "gray out" like the rest of the page...
