Trying to download cachesess_... files from website

I'm trying to transfer my site to a different domain at the same host. I've downloaded all the files from my website to my computer and there are 3 files that won't download...
\cache\sess_...
Are these files important to download then upload to my new site?
If they are important how do I download them?

When transferring files, you can safely ignore any files in cache folder (you should keep the folder structure tho)
