How to delete a non release GIFT-certificate?

Hi,

A client did an order, but did not complete the payment. Now, he want to cancel the order.

How do I delete the gift certificate from the queue line without releasing it ?

Re: How to delete a non release GIFT-certificate?

In phpMyAdmin, you can browse the table:
coupon_gv_queue

and set the field:
release_flag

on the record for that customers_id to something other than N, such as C, for Canceled ...

Now you still have the Order and the Record of the Gift Certificate, but you do not need to release it and it is not flagged for release ...

No it does not ...

Set the Order Status to something else ... having a: Canceled order status is a good idea ...

Then, change the field on the: coupon_gv_queue

just to ensure it is not able to be released ...
