Please Help with Digital Download
Ok i'm looking and google all your posts and my question has not been answered. I've followed every tut and asked my host to look this over and still nothing. I sell downloadable products. I have several manufacturers that upload there product via Filzilla and log into admin to add to the store. I had separate folders for them in the download section of my public_html folder, so there files may be kept private. everything uploaded fine, attributes green but when you go to buy or download the product you get an error message, like screenshot below. My host says zen cart cannot use sub catagorys that is why it is restricted. Is there a way to do this where the customer is able to get there download but the manufacturers only view there products. I know there is a way because I sell at several stores where this happens and everything is fine. Please help. :
