Add Model Number to Upcoming Products

My purpose was to show some sort of a back order box on the listing page where a specific product is listed as back ordered and a date.

After activating the Upcoming Products box in Admin to show under the listings I then proceeded to change the title name from Upcoming Products to Back Ordered Products. Now when I put a date in the "edit product page" the item does indeed show up in the box with an expected date and it's description.

My question is how do I add the Model Number to this box between the description and the date expected so the customer knows which item I am talking about?

Perhaps this might be better suited if it were submitted under a different area, but I am not sure where that is.

Maybe it would be easier to some if I change the request to the following.

Under the "Index Listing" there are 4 titles that read "Show New, Featured, Special and Upcoming Products each with - below Product Listing.

Is there a way to add a 5th title that would read "Show Back Order Products - below Product Listing"? Perhaps a second date box could be added on the Product Info page to select the availability date. Of course as in my first thread there needs to be a model number along with the date. The description really isn't needed.

Or perhaps this requires way to much code change. I will leave that up to Clyde and all the experienced people.
