.htaccess "No Indexing" option causes Internal Server Error for me ... why?

Every time I try to enable No Indexing from my hosting CP, it cause me this error on my webpage,

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.my_domain.com Port 80Then I removed this code from .htaccess file, it turns back to normal.

Options All -IndexesBTW, I'm using Magic SEO URL mod. Is it has anything to do with MSU?

I also have another zencart store without MSU with No Indexing enable but it's fine.

Options -Indexes

The above should work fine.

Also, not sure why you would want to include "All" as IMHO that would not be a good idea.

The learning is in the doing.
