I use Zen Cart 1.3.8v and I have a problem I know how to use media manager to add a mp3 into a collection and assign a product music type but when I try to add a mp3 of more of 3 mb the mp3 do not added to the collection. Please could some one tell me how to set up mp3 file size bigger? I only need this please help me because I've search on php code in admin related to media manager and didn't found nothing about file sizes.

Re: media manager insert mp3 8 Mb or more

Two requirements:

  1. Ask your hosting company to set your POST max size and file-upload max size settings to a larger value in the server's PHP configuration.
  2. Ensure that your site is set to allow the required file size in Admin->Configuration->Maximum Values->Maximum File Upload Size

Thank u DrByte it was a problem of php configuration upload_max_file_size was set up to 2MB! I've asked to my server provider to set up to 20MB.
