Remove Home Log In from top of main page

I want to remove the Home / Log In line from top of main page. Alternatively, I would want to replace it with either EZ-Pages or Category links. Can't find info about modifying this Home / Log In line in tutorials or other docs -- Any suggestions on where to look?

I'm using latest version, no mods.
