How do you add a page for pictures ?

It is very hard for a complete newbie like me to make that big leap and go from reading to jumping right in there. So here goes...and please forgive me if the answers to my questions are posted elsewhere and I have missed them. It is not my intention to soak up needless space.
I have a working website, and I love it. I have a webmaster that set it up for me and taught me all the basics . He's a great guy ! It's just that I want to learn more..so I came here. And he is aware I want to learn all this, just doesn't have alot of time to teach me...

I need to set up several things on my already working website.

1.) I need a page where I can post the pictures my customers are sending me...but I have no clue how to go about doing this.

2.) I need a links page, again I have no clue how to do this.

3.) I thought I knew how to go in and edit my front page, but when I have tried, and clicked 'save' , it goes right back to the same old stuff and my new 'stuff' is gone.

I know a bit of html, but probably just basics...I know about using image urls from simple image websites such as Picturetrail.
I'm a crafty person, not a computer person, but I do want to learn. Through his teachings I did set up all the current product photos, descriptions, pricing, etc., on the entire website...I just need to know to do more.

Thank you for your answer. I think I made myself sound too stupid. other than uploading ZenCart and doing the initial setup of border, etc., I did ALL the photos, all the details, descriptions, product placement, etc. Once shown what to do, I pick it up fairly quickly. There is nothing really on that link that I either don't already know about, or can help me, but I appreciate it.

If I wanted to add a new page to my website....
first, how would I do that, a blank page ? And make it into a page where I can post photos that my customers are sending me which show them wearing my product ? Like a brag page ?

There are a couple of gallery add ons available. You could investigate those.

You could also consider using EZ-pages.
