I have done as much as I can and now need help

I have look thru all the tutorials and I have spent all day trying to change the size of the middle section (between the sideboxes) to make it bigger. Do I need to move the position of the sideboxes first and then make that area bigger? And how do I do that?

Also when I go onto my site and go to a subcategory where I have products, instead of the next previous button I have a banner that has the words Product Image, item name and price. How do I get rid of that bar and writing and get the previous next to show up?

Interestingly the "middle bit" will be made wider only when you:

1. Increase the total width of the main wrapper, and / or
2. Decrease the width of the column wrappers.

1. Fairestcape told you to increase the total width in your main wrapper. I would just add that you can do it in your stylesheet.css.

2. When you open product list page you get banner with Product image, item name price (as you configure it in admin) and a list of product beneath. The previous, list, next buttons you get when you click on a single product and get product info page. . They are not the same.
   If...
   you have only one product - zen-cart skript takes you directly to product info page. (No sense to list only one product)
