Need Help with Shopping Cart

I am using 1.3.8 and what I would like is when an item is added to the shopping cart, for the site to be directed to the shopping cart rather than back to the item description. How can I do this?

in administration section tool bar .. select

configuration > My store
select
Display cart after adding product , and set to True.
