Installing Zen Cart, need help

Hi
I am having trouble installing zencart, I went thru the installation process/tutorial and am probably making a newbie mistake, if any of you have a moment to help me out I would greatly appreciate it,
p.s. if it helps, I get to the PHPBB page and click next and it goes to a blank page with this url at the top
